Back at work in Second Class

It was great to have the children back in school today. We changed our groups and had lots of news to share from the Halloween Holiday.

We have a small amount of homework to do starting this week. The children have one section each day from Week 9 of their Mental Maths book this week. They have spellings to learn ( I have given them the sheet in a polypocket)and write in their Homework copy. I have not asked them to write these spellings in sentences.

I have asked them to read a story or book of their own choice for at least 20 minutes each evening.

We will continue to learn, work , play and have fun in school. 😀
