Mindfulness and Wellbeing

Over the next few days we would like you to take some time for yourselves. We have all been very busy over the last number of weeks . We feel that it is time to take stock and consider all that we have achieved over the last number of weeks and months.

The weather is glorious and we are coming up to a long weekend so we would encourage you to read, listen to your favourite music or perhaps do some art and craft activities. You could play some family games or just enjoy the lovely sunshine.

Your child's teacher will suggest some other mindfulness activities for you to consider over the coming days on Seesaw or you may find them in their weekly post of suggested ideas.
